  1. What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept all standard payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Once you have placed an order and completed the payment, our production team will begin making your custom gift. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once customization work has begun. If you realize a mistake immediately after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

  3. Where do you ship from?

    We primarily ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

  4. What if I put an incorrect shipping address?

    If the shipping address is incorrect, you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

  5. When will my gift be shipped?

    Because each order requires making a custom gift, our production time may take a while. Typically, your gift will be shipped within 7-14 working days. We will provide you with the order tracking number via email, so you can track your package at any time.
