Are your paintings hand-painted?
Many websites on the Internet sell printed images of original paintings. However, all our oil paintings are hand-painted - stroke by stroke - by various artists around the world. Take a look at our close-up product images to see for yourself!
Will my painting be identical to the one in the picture?
Since our paintings are hand-painted, it is impossible to make any 2 paintings 100% identical. However, the paintings are very similar to one another. We consider them to be nearly identical.
Why are your prices so low?
GalleryWallArt.com purchases paintings directly from Artists to avoid additional costs incurred when buying from wholesalers. This along with our ability to purchase large quantities allows us to give you, our customer, the lowest price possible.

How will I hang my painting?
For your convenience, all of our paintings are gallery wrapped and ready to hang. GalleryWallArt.com uses only the highest quality cotton available. We ensure that all our paintings are carefully stretched and wrapped to give you the best look and quality possible. Each painting has a string attached to the back for easy hanging. Once your painting arrives, all you need is a hanging nail or a tack and you're ready to give your walls a new look!
How do I place an order online?
Placing an order online is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1) Using our categories or the search function on the top right corner, look for a painting that you like and click 'add to cart'.
2) Once you add a painting to your cart, the summary of your shopping cart will show. On this screen click 'proceed to checkout'
3) Now you are at the checkout stage. Enter your billing, shipping and credit card details as specified on the screen to complete and submit your order.
If you are unable to place the order on your own, just email us with your name, telephone number and the name of the product you are interested in and we will gladly call you back to take your order over the phone.
Is my order subject to tax?
No, we do not charge tax. To keep things simple and consistent for all our customers, we pay the tax on your behalf when required.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars. Orders placed will also be charged in USD.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order summary. You will then receive updates as your order is being processed. If you do not get a confirmation email from us, it is likely that your email provider is putting our emails in your "spam" or "junk mail" folder. You can email us and we'll be happy to answer any questions you have.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We proudly offer FREE shipping to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for international orders vary. You can use our shipping rate calculator during checkout for exact rates.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We have 97% of our paintings in stock and ready to ship so we are generally able to ship out orders within 1 business day. Since we ship from the Central U.S., you should receive your order within 3-4 days.
Won't the painting can get damaged while shipping?
We ship thousands of paintings every month and don't ever come across this situation. We take great precaution when packaging the paintings to avoid this. Your package will arrive safely and in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
We want all our customers to buy with confidence. With this in mind, we are happy to offer exchanges at no additional cost. If you are not satisfied with your painting or if it does not match your decor, simply exchange it.
When your painting arrives, it will be wrapped in a clear film. We kindly ask that you do not remove this film if you intend on exchanging your painting otherwise we cannot accept it back.
